Thousands march against Shell in Dublin

Saturday saw Irish anarchists joining thousands of other people to march through the streets of Dublin to demand the release of the Rossport 5 - locals jailed by Shell for opposing the construction of a gas pipeline.

This was the first Dublin march for the Rossport 5 although marchs are rallies have already taken place in Mayo. In Dublin the focus has been on blockading petrol stations - several stations were blockaded on Friday.
