Le 1er décembre 2012 a eut lieu la cérémonie de la démocratie bourgeoise qui concluait officiellement la sanglante administration de Felipe Calderón, qui transmet ainsi la charge présidentielle au criminel Enrique Peña Nieto. En réalité il s'agit de la continuité d'un modèle politique et économique prédateur qui continuera a dégrader les conditions d'existence de la classe ouvrière, pour continuer à assurer les intérêts des grandes capitales. The pains of the fallen, the injured, and these suffering more than others is softened a bit by the defeat of Israel in Gaza and the UN. It seems that the Tsumud, the resistance and the popular unarmed struggle start to change the flow of things in the international arena. We see it again and again that when the scales are in balance, even a small group of activists who persist in struggle can tip the scales. The joint struggle contribute its share in obstructing the efforts of the Israeli establishment to equate the struggle against Israel with antisemitism. México 2012, año de la sucesión presidencial. Sin duda, también un año de protestas. Miles manifestaron su repudio a la candidatura a la presidencia del priísta Enrique Peña Nieto (EPN). La sociedad civil fue testigo de la manipulación de las elecciones del 1 de julio con el objetivo de imponer a EPN. Los principales actores de la fechoría fueron: el Instituto Federal Electoral (IFE), empresas como Monex, Soriana y el Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI). La compra de votos fue lo que permitió a EPN ganar las elecciones y la coordinación de estos actores garantizaron esa compra.

No obstante a las protestas previas, el 1 de diciembre, cuando EPN asumiría oficialmente el poder, se esperaba una asistencia mayor a las acciones convocadas contra la imposición por actores como el #YoSoy132 y organizaciones coordinadas en el Movimiento Contra la Imposición.
A través de las redes sociales, se convocó a acciones en los hastags #CercoaSanLazaro, #1Dmx y #MéxicoNoTienePresidente. La convocatoria general se hizó para el sábado el 1 de diciembre a las 4 am en el Monumento a la Revolución, lugar donde, desde hace meses, se mantiene la Acampada Revolución. De allí se marcharía a San Lázaro.

Al menos unos cuatrocientos jóvenes llegaron a la Acampada desde la noche del 30 de noviembre. Se pintaban mantas, se leía, se preparaba café y tortas en una improvisada cocina del plantón y se discutía la estrategia de seguridad y de medios. En una pequeña televisión al interior del campamento se monitoreaba como EPN y su recién nombrado gabinete recibía el poder de manos de Felipe Calderón en el Palacio Nacional, eran las 12 pm.

The joint struggle picked a new momentum. On Sunday 11-11-12 the general commanding the center of the west bank declared the Bil'in, Ni'ilin, Nabi Saleh, and Quaddum locations of joint Friday demos as closed military regions for our activists on Fridays. On Wednesday we expressed our defiance by joining the initiative of the general comity of the local grass root comities. The war on Gaza flared Wednesday afternoon and the anarchists against the wall activists joined the demos in the various locations in Israel.
