Already 65 years since the Nakba and I still remember Deir Yassin and other bits of memories from 9 years before it. It took me too many years to put all of them together and overcome the Zionist and its national socialist (Marxist) brainwashing. For the last 47 years I've enjoyed freedom from Erich Fromm's "Escape From Freedom" and have tried to have the path opened for others. Participation in the joint struggle along with the popular committees is the best road to freedom for Israelis. Thanks to the Palestinian activists of Bil'in, Ni'lin, Ma'sara, Beit Ummar, Nabi Saleh, Qaddum and other villages who participate from time to time, with a special thanks to Mas'ha scene of the joint camp that started the joint popular non-armed struggle. The esteblishment lamented that the Wolf Prize in Physics of $100.000 bestowed on him 25 years ago did not buy his support for ever. The panic they developed and efforts they invested to minimize the damage point to the qualitative jump of the B.D.S. to an higher level. La jornada por el Primero de Mayo congregó a cientos de miles de trabajadores en todo Chile. En Santiago, alrededor de 150.000 personas marcharon por la Alameda reivindicando salarios dignos, fin al sistema de AFP, salud y educación gratuitas y de calidad y renacionalización del cobre, entre otras demandas. Junto a las organizaciones sindicales marcharon juntas de vecinos y el movimiento estudiantil, manifestando con su presencia la necesidad de la unión de todos los sectores del pueblo para luchar por los cambios que Chile necesita. Al finalizar la marcha, un amplio conjunto de organizaciones sindicales, apoyadas por estudiantes y pobladores, realizaron un acto en la Plaza Brasil donde tomaron la palabra reivindicando el sentido de clase y de lucha de este día. La represión policial se hizo presente tanto en la marcha como en el acto final, intentando (sin conseguirlo) ensombrecer esta jornada de conmemoración y reivindicativa de los trabajadores. Come al solito ci hanno sparato addosso lacrimogeni, parte dei quali ho dovuto scansare perché piovevano proprio dove mi trovavo. Così come il resto dei candelotti. Last Friday in Bil'in - the 426th demo of which I have participated in more than 400. As usual we were shot at with tear gas grenades and canisters, part of which I had to evade as they were shot in my direction. Part of the tear gas of the others I mostly evaded too. Now, on my chair in front of the computer I am taunted with the thought that I and scores of Israeli activists of the Anarchists Against the Wall initiative and others who participate in the joint struggle just got used to being shot at week after week. Some who are less lucky or less agile have taken more punishment than me... The Israeli media is used to it too, reporting on the shooting and us and the Palestinian partners as if it is just the weather. In tempi di guerra accelera l'antico progetto dei coloni sionisti di trasferire i palestinesi, ma prosegue anche tra una guerra e l'altra. A volte più velocemente, altre più lentamente.
