ההתגברות של ההוצאות המשפטיות במסגרת המאבק הפלסטיני-ישראלי המשותף כנגד הכיבוש, כמו גם התגברות הרדיפה המשפטית שסובלים ממנה פעילים פלסטינים, הובילו אותנו לצאת בבקשה דחופה זו לגיוס תרומות כספיות.
אנו מבקשים את תמיכתך כדי שנוכל להמשיך את עבודתה של קבוצת אנרכיסטים נגד החומה, וחשוב מכך, לאפשר לנו להרחיב את הסיוע המשפטי ולכסות את ההוצאות המשפטיות של שותפינו הפלסטינים שנעצרו בהפגנות.

מאז שנת 2003, הקבוצה תומכת במאבק הפלסטיני כנגד הכיבוש הישראלי, ובמיוחד במאבק כנגד חומת ההפרדה הישראלית. שבוע אחר שבוע, קבוצת אנרכיסטים נגד החומה מצטרפת למאבק הפלסטיני העממי כנגד החומה ברחבי הגדה המערבית, כולל באל-מסרה שבדרום בית לחם, בית אומר שבצפון חברון, בלעין, ולאחרונה, כמעט מדי יום, בנעלין, ממערב לרמאללה. בנעלין, נוקט הצבא הישראלי צעדים קיצוניים על מנת לדכא את ההפגנות, ביניהם ירי אקראי של אש חיה, והפעלת אמצעים כמו הטלת עוצר ומצור (כתר) על הכפר.

La intención de este texto es difundir al público disidente fuera y dentro de Costa Rica una serie de impresiones sobre lo que ha pasado en los últimos meses luego del FRAUDE (si con mayúscula, porque eso fue lo que paso con el referéndum del 7 de octubre). Esperemos que estas líneas motiven el interés por la realidad de lo que pasa en este territorio de la prisión capitalista mundial, llamada Costa Rica y contribuya al debate sobre la organización libertaria en la lucha contra el neoliberalismo.

Breve reseña de esta experiencia escrita por una compañera que participo de un encuentro aniversario.

"De ahi para acá a doce años eso es lo que es la Policía Comunitaria, en esta región podemos nosotros presumir que es la región mas tranquila sino de todo el país, cuando menos aquí en Guerrero a pesar de que hay problemas pero es un mínimo no hay como en otros lados, no hay asaltos, violaciones, si hay problemas, como todo en la familia hay problemas pero creemos que la institución de justicia y policía comunitaria son instituciones que regulan la convivencia de la gente para que siempre haya un espacio donde el débil tiene que ir a reclamar justicia cuando es agredido por el más fuerte, donde debe de haber sanción para el agresor. Entonces creemos que cuando no hay una instancia donde la gente vaya a que se le haga justicia, la gente opta por hacer justicia por su propia mano; entonces se desata una cadena de violencia muerto tras muerto pura venganza y nosotros aquí no, cuando menos hubo antes pero después cuando se creo esta policía pues ya se paró este asunto"

In the verdict released today (Sept 4, 2007) in the petition of Ahmed Abdullah Yasin on behalf of the Bil'in village council against the separation barrier (HCJ 8414/05), by Chief Justice Dorit Beinish and her colleagues, Justice Ayala Procaccia and Justice Eliezer Rivlin, the High Court ruled against the current route of the barrier and ordered the State to prepare a proposal for an alternative route within a reasonable time, which will leave the agricultural lands of Bil'in on the "Palestinian" side of the barrier. This will mean approximately 250 acres of land being returned to the villagers of Bil'in.

The celebrations started with a party held during the late morning for international and local media. Activists from the village and the region involved with the struggle in Bil'in then continued the celebrations on the streets and in the village's municipality building. In the afternoon, the main contingent of Anarchists Against the Wall arrived from the nearby cities of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem and the celebrations gained momentum.

The mounting legal cost of the joint Palestinian-Israeli struggle against the occupation is forcing us to send this urgent appeal for funds. We are asking for your support to continue the work of the Israeli group Anarchists Against the Wall (AATW). For the past four years, the group has supported the Palestinian struggle against Israeli occupation and specifically against Israel's segregation wall. Week after week, AATW joins the Palestinian popular resistance against the wall, in diverse areas of the West Bank, including the villages of Bil'in west of Ramallah, al-Ma'asara, and Ertas, south of Bethlehem, and Beit Ummar, north of Hebron.
